Abstract:
Under the background of the reform and innovation of health management professional personnel training mode is particularly urgent .KAQ mode is health management professional knowledge , ability, quality of the three coordinated development of innovation education mode .According to the KAQ the training of specialists in the field of health management talents training mode , one is to optimize training content and curriculum system;The sec-ond is to strengthen the practice teaching link based on practice base; The third is to reform the teaching evaluation system, make the teaching evaluation system rationalization;The fourth importance is to emphasis on humanistic spir-it, and promote health administrator culture .
