Abstract:
To explore how to combine the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and modern hospital culture better, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.AsChinese cultural spirit can be summed up by “be-nevolence”, “harmoniousness”, “sincerity”, we can put the “benevolence” into the hospital spirit culture, make“harmoniousness” reflect the service culture, and create the brand culture with “sincerity”.
