Abstract:
Radiotherapy is one of the major treatments for malignant tumors.About 70 ％ of cancer patients received radiotherapy.Because of its unique physical advantages and favorable efficacy,proton therapy technology as a new kind of radiotherapy on cancer is applied more frequently.This review will discuss preliminary application and research progress of proton therapy technology in gastrointestinal carcinoma.
