Abstract: Autophagy is associated with the occurrence,development and drug resistance of ovarian cancer,which has become a hot topic in ovarian cancer.Many scholars believe that cancer is closely associated with tumor suppressor genes,and some tumor suppressor genes are related to autophagy.This article will review the effects of tumor suppressor genes on ovarian cancer through autophagy at home and abroad,which provides the reference for clinical research.
