Abstract:
Lung cancer is the morbidity and mortality of malignant diseases in the world. In recent years, with the analysis of miRNA in tumor expression profiles,it is recognized that miRNA indirectly involved in the development of tumor involved in tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, adhesion, inducing angiogenesis and other important biological activities. The miR-200 star family occurred in the early cancer and subsequent tumor cell metastasis and invasion process both play a key role in regulating the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer which provides a potential research directions. This paper systematically summarized the research results of miR-200 family in the field of non small cell lung cancer in recent years, and discussed the application value in clinical practice.
