Abstract:
Study on 160 the third students of Ha Noi Medical College (85 males, 75 females), the age from 19 to 25. The B and T lymphocytes play an important role in humoral as well as cellar immuno response. Study on the amount of peripheral B and T lymphocytes is useful to assess the biological features in Vietnamese. The amount of lymphocytes with CD4, CD8, CD3, CD19 and the ratio of CD4/CD8, CD4/CD3, CD8/CD3, were determined by FACS-Count and indirected immuno fluorescent technique
