Abstract:
Alterations of wnt signaling pathway are prominent in human malignancies .Wnt signaling is important in non-small cell lung cancer cell lines , and Wnt inhibition reduces proliferation .Wnt signaling substantially impacts NSCLC tumorigenesis, prognosis,and resistance to therapy.Wnt pathway as a therapeutic option in advanced NSCLC.
