〔Abstract〕 By retrieving the literatures from the official website of ONC , Tongfang Knowledge Network and the Internet , the paper conducts a survey of the conformance test and certification of health information standards in America from certification subject , certifica-tion object, test method and process, certification standard, certification mode and process, etc.It aims to provide a reference for the conformance test of health information standard in China .
