Abstract:
[Objective] The article summarizes the essentials of clinical dialectical experience in the diagnosis and treatment on ankylosing spondylitis by combination of disease and syndrome by professor Gao Xiangfu. [Methods]From following professor Gao Xiangfu clinical studies,summarize the experience and thoughts of treating ankylosing spondylitis,and with a case. [Results]The professor Gao Xiangfu believes that the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is caused by liver and kidney deficiency,deficiency of Qi and blood,yang-qi deficiency of DU-MAI,induced by external factors,mixing with blood stasis. Xin Wen Sanhan,tonifying the liver and kidney,removing blood stasis and dispeling evil can achieve good effect. [Conclusion] Professor Gao Xiangfu's academic thoughts and clinical experience on ankylosing spondylitis is worthy of in-depth study and understanding.
