Abstract:
System of clinical staging of hepatocellular carcinoma plays an important role in evaluating the condition of patient and choosing treatment method. It also is basic to compare different study groups and studies. In the world, there are various systems of staging hepatocellular carcinoma. However, TNM and Okuda are the most classical systems. Some countries have recently built up their own systems such as Child-Pugh, Okuda, CLIP, VISUM-HCC (Austria) and BCLC (Spain). In these systems, CLIP is the most preeminent. It shows completely all prognosis factors of hepatocellular carcinoma
