Abstract:
Currently the detection of albumin excretion rate is widely used to screen early renal injury. In recent years, there are many researches about the prevalence of albuminuria in the general population around the world, showing the high prevalence of albuminuria in the general population, and indicating that the increased albumin in urine is significantly correlated with obesity, abnormal lipid metabolism, abnormal glucose metabolism, hypertension and life habits.Meanwhile, numerous studies find that albuminuria is an independent risk factor for the progression and risk evaluation of cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality,it can be a useful predictor of cardiovascular mortality and all-cause mortality in the general population.
