Abstract:
In the treatment of 18 cases of prostatitis by puncturing Shenshu (BL 23),bilateral Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) and by kneading the prostate via the anus after acupuncture, the results showed cure in 12 cases, improvement in 5 cases, failure in 1case and the total effective rate in 94.4%.
