Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies and is the only one which has certain pathogenesis in all malignancies currently.p14ARF is one of the tumor suppressor gene discovered recently and highly expressed in almost all cervical cancer.p14ARF has high specificity and sensitivity and it is related to invasion and prognosis of cervical cancer.Therefore,p14ARF is an ideal maker that can be used to early diagnose,screening precancerous lesions and predict prognosis in cervical cancer.
