Abstract: Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a kind of B cell malignancies,which includes classic HL and nodular lymphocyte predominant HL,and there is little known about its etiology and pathogenic mechanism.To early and correctly evaluate the prognosis of patients with HL is the prerequisite to guide their individualized treatment.It has confirmed that some important factors are closely related to the prognosis of patients with HL,such as changes in tumor microenvironment and virus infection.Further research is needed to analyze the composition of tumor microenvironment and the effect of virus infection on the development of HL.These findings can provide new strategies for the prognostic evaluation of patients with HL.PET-CT imaging has obvious advantages in the prediction of treatment response and offers a new way for the assessment of prognosis in patients with HL.
