Abstract: During his State of Union Address on Jan.20th,2015, U.S.President Obamacalled for a new initiative to fund precision medicine,which was officially launched in the same month.This paper analyzes the concept, history and pre-condition of precision medicine, and also presents the advantages and disadvantages of precision medicine development in our country and proposes some considerations and revelations.
