Preliminary considerations about the effect of fresh bear bile on lipidemia components in patients with high blood pressure of I-II grade of lipidemia disturbance

Abstract:
30 patients aged 40-70 years old with primary blood lipid disorders and I – II grade of high blood pressure were treated with oral fresh bear bile 0.2ml a day for 30 days. The treatment had reduced triglyceride level by 11.20% had enhanced HDL cholesterol by 5.2%. The effect was reached after 15 day treatment and blood lipid components were stabilized 15 days after the cease of treatment. Oral fresh bear bile was well tolerated, in 80% of patients, at least one of functional symptom was improved. With the therapeutic dose of 0.2ml a day, there was not any side effect in 45 day follow-up.
