Abstract: This article was based on the investigation of ethical research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clini-cal trials among 240 ischemic stroke patients and 105 experts specialized in this field. Analysis was given on the re-search results. This article was intended to regulate the ethical review of ischemic stroke, and to protect the rights and interests of the subjects better.
