Comparison of clinical effect of RIRS using for different size of rental stones

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of different sizes of renal calculi retrograde intrarenal operation ( RIRS) in the clinical treatment effect.Methods 120 cases of the implementation of RIRS operation in patients with kidney stones were retrospectively analyzed, according to the size of stone were divided into A group (CM<2 stone) in 59 cases,B group (2-3 cm 41 cases calculi),group C (stone>3cm) in 20 cases,comparison of different size of kidney stones in patients with a period of stone clearance rate, operation time and complications. Results With the increase of stones, prolonged operation time, operation time of up to C group ( 172.66 ± 13.21) min;C group for a period of stone clearance rate was 45%,significantly lower than those of A group 88.14%and 82.93%in the B group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.294,6.223,all P<0.05);group A and B group of stone clearance rate had no significant difference ( P >0.05 );C group, the complication rate was 25%,9.76%in B group,A group was 5.08%,A group,B group complications incidence was statistically significant difference (χ2 =4.048,P=0.034),B group,C group complications had significant difference (χ2 =9.654,P=0.007),A group,C group complications had significant difference (χ2 =11.421,P=0.002).Conclusion Retro-grade intrarenal operation has a good stone clearance rate of diameter <3 cm stones,stones less than 2 cm of patients with postoperative complication rate is lowest,the effect is better.
