Influence of early rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients and satisfaction for medical staff in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients and satis-faction for medical staff in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods:A total of 100 AMI patients who visited to our hospital from Sep 2012 to Oct 2013 were enrolled.According to number table,they were random-ly divided into routine nursing group (n=50)and early rehabilitation nursing group (n=50,received early rehabili-tation nursing based on routine nursing).The Chinese questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease (CQQC)was used for evaluating patient's quality of life.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:After three-week nursing care,satisfactions on medical staff attitude,medical staff work level, health publicity and education and psychological intervention of early rehabilitation nursing group were significantly higher than those of routine nursing group (98.0% vs.78.0%、100% vs.76.0%、96.0% vs.80.0%、100% vs. 82.0%),P <0.05~<0.01.Each score of CQQC in early rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group,P <0.01 all.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve patient's condition,significantly improve the quality of life and their satisfaction for medical staff in patients with acute myo-cardial infarction,and it is worth clinical extending.
