Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical value of urine ferrite in assay for the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods 42 cases with cerebral infarction and 42 cases of health physical examination were regarded as the subjects of the observation group and the control group, respectively. The urine ferritin concentration and urinary creatinine were respectively assayed by the chemiluminescence method and enzyme method, and then calculated the urine ferritin creatinine ratio (TFR/Cr).Results Compared with the control group, the urine ferritin concentration [(60.0 ± 12.0)ng/mg · Cr vs (23.5 ±9.5) ng/mg · Cr,t =4.18)] and TFR/Cr[(15.0 ±4.6) μg/g vs (6.2 ±2.5)μg/g,t =3.86)] were significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The assay of urine ferritin creatinine ratio can provide the objective basis for clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
