Abstract:
It is a study to qualitify the implementaion of health insurrance in Thai Binh province. Local authorities, health service leader at district level, representative people with and without registration of health insurrance. Some recommendations were proposed to promote healthy for peasants in rural areas, to assure the equality in health care service.
