The value of testing a variety of tumor markers combined with tumor-related factors in the diagnosis of the gastrointestinal tract tumors

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of tumor markers and tumor-related factors in diagnosis of the gastrointestinal tract tumors.Methods 80 gastrointestinal cancer patients were treated as the observation group.And during the same period,50 patients with gastrointestinal benign disease were collected as the control group.Carbohydrate antigen (CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),tumor specific growth factor (TSGF),CA153 in two groups were detected and analyzed statistically.Results The accuracy of joint combined detection was 87.7%,which was higher than that of the individual detection.Compared with the accuracy of the combined detection,four single detections (CEA,CA153,TSGF,CA125) had a significant difference (x2 =3.93,4.04,3.96,3.98,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The joint detection of CA125,CEA,TSGF and CA153 can improve early diagnostic yield of gastrointestinal cancer.In the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer this method of detection has certain guiding significance and application value in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract tumors.
