Abstract:
Combining the two novelty search work workshops with recent published papers on novelty search in Universities and Colleges,new progresses for science & technology (ST) novelty search in Universities and Colleges have been comprehensive summarized,and some enlightenments have been probed into seminar:a new novelty search experience communication mode and fast development of college ST novelty search work to ST novelty search and innovation.
