Abstract: One case with fulminant type 1 diabetes during the third trimester of pregnancy was reported.If a patient manifests abrupt onset of hyperglycemia,nausea,vomiting,and bellyache during pregnancy or immediately after delivery,fulminant type 1 diabetes should be considered.
