Abstract:
Raltitrexed is a specific inhibitor of thymidylate synthase (TS),which has significant antitumor activity.Overseas and domestic researches show that raltitrexed can be widely applied in clinical treatment for colorectal cancer patients because it is effective,well-tolerated and convenient.
