The Application Value of Leonurus Capsule on Post-induced Abortion

Abstract:
[Objective] To discuss the influence of Leonuurs Capsule on metrorrhagia and normal menstruation recovery after induced abortion. [Method] Choose 120 cases of induced abortion and randomly divide them into treatment and control groups, n=60 for each;the control one take pitocin for muscle injection,10U/12h,3 times in al;the treatment group take Leonurus Capsule oral y after operation, for 1w. In the same time, al cases take oral y antibiotic to prevent infection for 4~6d. Observe and record post-operation metrorrhagia continual time, bleeding amount, the time of beginning to recover the menstru-ation and side effects.[Result] By comparison, the treatment group had more marked shortened post-operation metrorrhagia time than control group, as wel as less bleeding amount, earlier time of recovering menstruation, without marked side effects, the difference had statistical meaning. [Conclusion] To oral y take Leonurus Capsule after induced abortion can obviously reduce metrorrhagia time and bleeding amount, with early menstruation recovery, without side effects, worth clinical application and promotion.
