Abstract: Measures were taken to reform the current teaching mode including establishing cur-riculum system which embodies medical characteristics,exploring probation mode suitable for local med-ical college,setting up students' autonomous learning platform,improving performance evaluation meth-ods,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,etc. Meanwhile,new partnership between school and hospital was explored though improving teaching management system. After taking above measures, students' practical ability was significantly enhanced and quality of teaching was improved.
