The synthesis of specific Heparansulfate interacting protein (HIP) in breast cancer tissuse compared to that in hyperplasia tissuse

Abstract:
The research was carried out on 4 patients with breast cancer and 3 patients with benign fibroma at K hospital to evaluate synthesis of Heparansulfate interacting protein (HIP) in breast cancer tissues compared to that in benign fibroma tissues. The results of blood and urine test among the patients were in normal values. Among of 4 patients with breast cancer, there were 2 cases with thyroid carcinoma and 2 with ductal carcinoma. The transcripts of mRNA HIP specifically increased in cancer tissues compared to that in hyperplasia tissues. These results contributed to study HIP applicability in early diagnosis breast cancer
