Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects on dimethylformamide liver function and oxidative stress of low level arsenic on mouse liver and serum .Methods 40 health KM mouses were randomly divided into 0 ,12 .5 ,25 .0 ,50 .0μg/L arsenic and exposured 10 weeks .The ALT ,AST ,MDA ,SOD ,GSH-Px in serum and liver were determined .Results In serum :the AST was significantly increase in 50 .0 μg/L dose(P<0 .05);GSH-Px were significant increase in 12 .5 μg/L dose(P<0 .05) .In the liver :the albumin was significantly increase in middle dose(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Low arsenic can induce liver damage on mice ,but can increase an-tioxidatant GSH-Px in arsenic group .
