Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of oxiracetam plus mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) on serum lysophosphatidic acid 2(Lp-PLA2) and S 100B protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group (n =62 cases) and the control group(n =62 cases). The patients in the control group were treated through the conventional treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated by oxiracetam plus mNGF on the basis of conventional therapy. They were treated for 21 days.Serum Lp-PLA2 and S100B were detected. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.4%,which was significantly higher than 90.3% of the control group (x2 =3.96,P < 0.05).Serum LpPLA2 and S100B were decreased in two groups after treatment.Serum Lp-PLA2 and S100B in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t =20.9091,3.7273,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam plus mNGF can decrease serum Lp-PLA2 and mNGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
