Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of microbiological testing technology in hospitalized patients infected,and identify the infection bacterial genotype.Methods Clinical data of 89 cases of hospitalized patients and were collected randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group were treated with conventional clinical treatment and care,observation group were taeated on the basis of control group with microbiological testing,infection rates,and patients with submission of specimens for identification of bacteria were observed.Results The infection of control group was 18 cases(40.91％),which was much higher than that of observation group 3 cases (6.67％),compared the two groups,there was a significant difference (P ＜ 0.01) ;all 89 patients censorship specimens were isolated 78 pathogens,including G + bacteria 28 (35.90％),the G-bacteria,with 24 (30.77％),fungi in 26 cases(33.33％).Conclusion Microbiological testing is used to coutrol hospital infection for hospitalized patients,which has significant effects.
