Abstract:
The factor and question about equipment purchase approval and management were discussed in this paper.Solutions of how to improve the efficiency and transparence on the equipment purchase and management were put forward.According to this,A Manage System had been designed which made the equipment application,demonstration,verification,bidding,checking and accepting become fluency and dynamic.All the data can be checked from the computer.The working course state is clear at a glance.
