Abstract:
Objective To try to improve early diagnosis of primary gastric malignant lymphoma. Methods Analyse the clinical manifestations. radiologic and endoscopic findings in 10 cases. Results 2 patients were diangosed by means of endoscopic biopsies while the other 8 ases were proved by operation, among them 2 patients died one year after operation.Conclusion No specific clinicil manifestations were found. Large biopsy specimens and multiple biopsy specimens of any suspicious area are essential for early diagnosis. The radiographic and endoscopic finding are described and immunohistological examinations are helpful. CHOP regieme is the choice of chemotherapy. Erradiation of H. pylori is important. The prognosis is related to the clinical staging.
