Abstract: Objective To analyse the type 2 diabetes combined with elderly pulmonary infection happen because,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment.Methods 48 cases were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes combined with elderly pulmonary infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results 48 patients WHICH cured in 11 cases,28 cases,the total effective rate of 84.78％ ;4 patients treated by turn to the hospital for treatment after on,no efficiency 8.33％.Conclusion The combination of type 2 diabetes pulmonary infection fallibility diagnosis or,as early as possible should be detected on the chest X-ray,treatment principle for the active control blood sugar,prevention,cure diabetes complications,the reasonable application of antibiotics.
