Clinical observation on flupentixol and melitracen combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis.Methods 57 patients with cardiac neurosis were divided into the control group and treatment group randomly.The control group received therapy of metoprolol and oryzanol ;The treatment group received additional therapy of flupentixol and melitracen based on treatment of the control group.Clinical effect,scores of HAMD and HAMA were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total efficient rate of the treatment group was 96.67％,and significantly higher than that of the control group (85.19％) (x2 =21.814,P ＜0.05) ;HAMA and HAMD scores decreased significantly in all patients after treatment(all P ＜ 0.05),more significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis has good effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
