Thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction:clinical analysis of 96 cases

Abstract: Objective To investigate the thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 208 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly selected as the research object,in which 96 patients receivd thrombolytic therapy,another 112 patients received conventional treatment.Results The scores of NIHSS thrombolytic group after treatment than in the conventional group decreased more obviously.Thrombolysis group before treatment and after treatment of the various stages of NIHSS score have significant difference (t =6.05,5.83,6.96,7.94,all P ＜ 0.01) ; thrombolytic therapy group and the conventional group after treatment of 90d after the Barthel index difference was statistically significant(t =4.67,P ＜ 0.05).Thrombolytic effect in treatment group is better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =13.47,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy can cerebral infarction affect of patients with influence,it can make the patient improved neurological function recovery,recover life skills,improve the quality of life.
