Abstract: Rapid progress of medical imaging equipment technology is challenging the competence of the medical imaging teams.92 medical imaging professionals in 10 hospitals in Shandong were surveyed with questionnaire,and six senior medical imaging experts were interviewed.Based on the findings,new pathways and measures were recommended for medical imaging professionals development mechanism in China,regarding higher education,continuing education and learning of foreign languages and computer skills.
