Abstract:
This paper based on overall design and research framework of national major science and technology program's selection and outputs in population and health Field,further proposed basic principles,specific content and selected basis.Then several problems had been discussed on.It can play a role to improve the science and technology program' s selection and outputs evaluation and management hopefully.
