Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of scene-style education mode in endoscopic ultrasonography examination.Methods 170 patients undergoing endoscopic ultrasonography from May 2009to December 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group(conventional education mode group)and the observation group (scene-style education mode) with 85 cases in each group.The repeated rate of insertion,rate of complication,compliance degree,the POMS scale score,blood pressure and heart rate for the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the repeated rate of insertion,rate of complication were lower,blood pressure and heart rate were lower,and compliance degree and POMS mood scale score were better in the observation group,there were significant differences.Conclusions The scene-style education mode can improve negative emotions of patients undergoing endoscopic ultrasonography significantly,it also plays a positive role in increasing their compliance degree and easing stress response.
