Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum hs-CRP、ET、MMP-9 and NSE levels and the relationships with neurological function defect in acute cerebral infarction patients, and the influence of edaravone on it.Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into routine group and edaravone group, the routine group were given routine treatment, the edaravone group were added edaravone 30mg,twice a day, total of 14d;the serum levels of hs-CRP、ET、MMP-9 and NSE and the change of neural function defect were investigated before treatment and 14d after treatment. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP,ET,MMP-9 and NSE were in a positive correlation with the score of neurological function defect(P < 0.05).The edaravone group serum levels of hs-CRP,ET,MMP-9 and NSE were lower than those of routine group in invasion after treatment(P < 0.05).Score of NIHSS in the trial group was lower than that of routine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP,ET,MMP-9 and NSE increase in the patients with acute cerebral infraction.Edaravone can reduce the serum hs-CRP,ET,MMP-9 and NSE levels and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
