Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis,treatment measure of spiral fractures under the third of tibia combined with retral ankle fractures in 28 cases.Methods28 cases with spiral fractures under the third of tibia combined with retral ankle fractures were analyzed retraspectively.ResultsFollow-up for a year later showed,4 cases happened osteoarthritis,smoothly recovery rate was 85.7％.ConclusionIt should expand diagnostic scope of X-ray at early stage,and give careful observation during treatment,for the aim of discovering disease in time.
