Study on the clinical and coronary features of patients with premature coronary artery disease

Abstract: Objective To analyze risk factors and clinical manifestation of coronary lesions in patients with premature coronary artery disease.Methods 128 cases with premature coronary artery disease were selected as CAD group. 128 healthy persons were enrolled into control group from our hospital. The risk factors and clinical manifestation of coronary lesions in patients with premature coronary artery disease in two groups were compared. Results The risk factors of BMI ,hypertension,smoking,fat and familial history of coronary artery disease in two groups were significantly different ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The levels of TC,TG, LDL-C, ApoB, Lp, Fib of the CAD group were higher than the control group. These factors of two groups were significantly different(P ＜0. 05). The levels of HDL-C and ApoA1 of the CAD group were lower than the control group. These factors of two groups were significantly different ( P ＜ O. 05 ).Conclusion Patients with premature CHD had many clinical cardiovascular risk factors. Preventing CHD to control the cardiovascular risk factor was important.
