Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing interventions on leukemia patients with fever caused by perianal infection during bone marrow suppression stage.Methods 78 leukemia patients during bone marrow suppression stage were divided into the observation group and the control group.Pertinent integrated care intervention was taken in the observation group,while routine nursing care was taken in the control group.The infection rate was compared between the two groups.Results The rate of perianal infection in the control group was 30.77%,higher than 5.13% of the intervention group.Conclusions Leukemia patients during bone marrow suppression stage have low immunity and are easily to occur perianal infection.Pertinent integrated care intervention can obviously decrease infection rate and improve their life quality.
