Abstract:
Toll-like receptor is a receptor to identify the pathogen associated molecular, which relates the natural immune with required immune.Toll-like receptor activates natural immune and induces several cytokines. As a result,it will influence the differentiation of initiated T-cell by identifying Pathogens. The main Tolllike including TLR2、3、4、7、8、9 are closely related with anti-rotavirus to identify the natural immune affection of rotavirus. This review to explain the pathogenesis of Toll-like in rotavirus infection,as well as the key role which Toll-like plays in preventing rotavirus infection and controlling the inflammation.
