Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultransound in qualitative diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 39 patients of breast cancer received the examinnation of high frequency color ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed,obeserving the location,the fore,the border,the longitud-latiude ratio,the echo intra and behind minor lesions,the ting calcification points and the axillary lymphodes.Color Doppler ultrasound emphasizes the blood steam characters of breast tumor.Results 39 patients with breast cancer acoustic image secks the specific feature,the form was mang,the border isn't clear,the internal echo was not even occupy 72％.It could be seen part ring kichen store calcifies.Signal of bloodstream it was mang to enrich over Ⅱ grade,RI ＞ 0.7 ultrasonic diagnosis in its owns group 35 evamples.Two patiens the property of example remained to be checked.One patien diagnosis of example was tubercle of prohferation,and one patien diagnosis of example was fibroma of manmary gland.The total diagnostic rate of coincidence by ultrasonograms was 89.7％,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 5.2％.Conclusion High frequency color dopple ultransound had great diagonstic values in brease cancer.
