Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with arthritis internal injection,manipulation to rehaqe and accessory Chinese herbs extemal lotion treatment combination.Methods From March 1998 to July 2007,332 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were treated with arthritis internal injection by 1% novocaine (2% lidocaine),triamcindone acetonide,accessory manipulation to release and Chinese herbs external lorion treatment after 3 days.Result All the patients were followed up for 3 months,272 cases(81.9%)were excellent, 59 cases(17.8%)were good,1 case (0.3%)was bad.Conclusions The combination treatment Can relieve the scapulohumeral periarthritis ache and recovery the patient's shoulder function.It has significantly clinical effects.
