Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of the cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) for cervical CIN M. Methods The pelvic examination in the liquid-based cytology(TCT) ,human papilloma virus(HPV) ,colposcopy and cervical biopsies initially diagnosed as more patients with CIN IE LEEP surgery,removal of diseased tissue sent pathology, operation time, operative blood loss and surgical effect were observed. Results LEEP surgical treatment of cervical CIN Ⅲ was an effective method,by LEEP surgical pathology specimens of the second to prevent over-treatment,for some with conservation of the uterus and fertility function for possible,and the right to avoid the misdiagnosis of cervical cancer has important significance. Conclusion Cytology-colposcopy-LEEP surgery treatment was effective to block the emergence of the incidence of cervical cancer.
