Abstract:
This paper analyzes deficiencies of our journal in contribution source, quality of articles, correlative policy, editing system, journal feature, distribution, etc. Starting from the present conditions, it offers special suggestions on thesis quality control, conversion of the journal to a bimonthly, establishment of scientific editing system and the ways to make the journal prominent with its own feature, and to improve its overall academic standard by a series of measures.
