Abstract:
Integrated Nursing is a new nursing model.During the performance,there are some disputes between nurse and patient,disputes between low expectation and the goal of high development,ideal and reality,dependence and independence,layman' leisure and expert' busyness etc.The author analyzed the reason which produces these disputes and discussed the countermeasure of coordinating disputes,so that we can help further promote the performances of integrated nursing,perfect it.
