Abstract:
A review with 58 references is presented on the degradation methods of polysaccharide, preparation of monosaccharide and oligosaccharide derivatives and selection of chromatographic conditions for gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatographic analysis. The application and advance of chromatography on the analysis of carbohydrates are introduced.
